We use a variety of shipping options which you can choose at check out. Depending on the size of the product in its packaging, the choices are :

• Local Delivery – This is for Johannesburg and Pretoria(central) deliveries only.

Our office will contact you within 24 hours of placing your order to arrange a delivery timeslot. Please note that we only deliver on Tuesdays and Thursdays locally at a charge of R150.

It is important to note that after the order is dispatched, should our driver not find someone to receive the delivery at your address, a surcharge of R150 will apply for a reschedule

This option is for  deliveries nationwide, directly to your door. (This excludes remote areas) The system will calculate the cost depending on size and weight of the package.

• We are an online store and cannot cater for physical inhouse shopping. Should you have any questions about an item feel free to contact us.

• Our order processing time is between 24-48hrs

  After we dispatch to the courier, the Courier may deliver your order between 3-5 working days.

  Local Deliveries are dispatched every Tuesday or Thursday only unless we make alternative arrangements with you.

  Please remember that our order processing times is separate from the courier processing times.
